SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use a Flat Rate for shipping charges of $13.75 inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current rate of 10% for Online Shop orders.
Telephone and Email orders will be charged for Postage and Handling depending on the items being purchased and location being sent to.
All goods must be paid for in full before we process your order.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days.
We do carefully check items and pack goodies as well as possible but unfortunately sometimes things go wrong from parcel leaving us and reaching you.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase. If items arrive damaged you must notify us by email within 36 hours with details of the damage and a clear photo of the damaged item.
Should you change your mind about an order unfortunately we cannot make a refund.
We cannot make any return or refund on Earrings.
Clothing will only be accepted for return if it is in its original condition – clean, with tags attached, in original packaging. If an item is returned due to incorrect choice a restocking fee may apply and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
