Whilst every effort is taken to produce accurate images, all product images are digital and therefore colours and shades may vary.

Visitors to the website are responsible for scanning for viruses and The White House Furniture & Homewares does not take any responsibility for any viruses, faults or other defects.
Payment for online shopping is processed once your order is placed. Whilst we make every effort to keep stock available within our online ordering section, goods are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by email in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order or suggest a comparable product. A full refund will be given in the event the order cannot be fulfilled.
Customer Service Policy
Products within “Shop Online” are subject to availability. All items that are displayed are available to purchase, prices shown are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current rate of 10%. It is our intention to only display available products, however if a supplier is no longer able to supply a product for whatever reason we will remove the product from the website as soon as we are advised by the supplier. From time to time our supplier may not be able to provide a product and in this situation fulfilling your order may be out of our control. In this case we will notify you within three working days by email. If a comparable product is not satisfactory and we cannot fulfill your order a full refund will be processed to you within five working days.
Products displayed within “In Store Products” are subject to availability. Our stock is ever-changing and products come and go.
